A "Must Read" Book for the Summer

At the North American Division Teachers' Convention in August 2006, one of the  featured speakers was an award winning educator by the name of Ron Clark, who wrote a New York Times bestseller---"The Essential 55."

After reading the book cover-to-cover, I consider it must reading for any Seventh-day Adventist educator desiring to develop a classroom that is quality-oriented and Christ centered. It encourages each teacher to raise their standards and expect the best from every student. Every one of the 55 "rules" will help your student strive for excellence, not just in the classroom---but also in life.
